dc.descriptionLas modificaciones realizadas en 1994 al marco jurídico y administrativo de las instituciones de seguridad pública permitieron implementar el modelo de relación intergubernamental de autoridad superpuesta, asegurando el funcionamiento de vínculos verticales y horizontales de cooperación entre los distintos ámbitos de gobierno. Situación que permitió coadyuvar las operaciones de los organismos de la seguridad pública para atender la problemática de la seguridad.es-ES
