The audiovisual material presents a stage play titled “Detrás del poder.” The play explores the topic of employment law through dramatic art. Its main purpose is to show how employment law influences workers’ lives and the functioning of the industry.
The play goal is that the student enhances the learning of the topic of employment law and industry through art. The knowledge supported by the play is based on the understanding that employment law is more than a set of norms; it is a cornerstone in the protection of workers’ rights and the promotion of fair and equitable labor environments.
The play is designed to be used in the learning module “Legislación Laboral e Industrial”, which is part of the Industrial Engineering academic program. It belongs to the disciplinary stage of learning and is a mandatory module. The format of the didactic material is a video.
The added value of the didactic material lies in the use of theatrical representation as a didactic strategy for addressing legal and normative matters.
