dc.descriptionEl siguiente material audiovisual consiste en la presentación de una obra de teatro titulada ""Detrás del poder"". Este material explora el tema de legislación laboral a través del arte dramático. Su propósito principal es mostrar cómo la legislación laboral impacta en la vida de los trabajadores y en el funcionamiento de las empresas. El objetivo del material es que el estudiante refuerce los temas de legislación laboral e industrial por medio del arte. El aprendizaje que apoya se centra en la comprensión de que la legislación laboral no es solo un conjunto de normativas, sino un pilar fundamental en la protección de los derechos de los trabajadores y en la promoción de ambientes laborales justos y equitativos. El material está diseñado para ser utilizado en la Unidad de Aprendizaje de Legislación laboral e industrial. Se ubica dentro del programa educativo de Ingeniería Industrial y pertenece a la Etapa de Formación Disciplinaria, siendo una unidad de aprendizaje de carácter Obligatoria. El formato del material didáctico es un Video. El valor agregado del material radica en el uso de la representación teatral como estrategia didáctica para temas legales y normativos. Este enfoque lo hace relevante e innovador porque: Permite a los estudiantes relacionar la teoría legal con situaciones del mundo real y ayuda a entender el uso real de las leyes.
dc.description.abstractThe audiovisual material presents a stage play titled “Detrás del poder.” The play explores the topic of employment law through dramatic art. Its main purpose is to show how employment law influences workers’ lives and the functioning of the industry. The play goal is that the student enhances the learning of the topic of employment law and industry through art. The knowledge supported by the play is based on the understanding that employment law is more than a set of norms; it is a cornerstone in the protection of workers’ rights and the promotion of fair and equitable labor environments. The play is designed to be used in the learning module “Legislación Laboral e Industrial”, which is part of the Industrial Engineering academic program. It belongs to the disciplinary stage of learning and is a mandatory module. The format of the didactic material is a video. The added value of the didactic material lies in the use of theatrical representation as a didactic strategy for addressing legal and normative matters. This approach makes it both relevant and innovative, as it allows students to relate legal theory to real world situations and helps them understand the practical application of laws.
