This digital educational resource focuses on healthy and sustainable eating, drawing from the most relevant international (e.g., EAT-Lancet, Harvard School of Public Health) and national (Mexican dietary guidelines) frameworks. It is designed to serve as both a scientific reference and a practical guide for health science students. Its main objective is to strengthen clinical competencies in prescribing evidence-based healthy lifestyle strategies, particularly in nutrition, sustainability, and behavioral support, as part of comprehensive patient care. The resource is intended for use in academic courses, clinical rotations, and health promotion activities within programs in Medicine, Nutrition, Nursing, and related health fields. It is hosted on an educational website developed using Google Sites: https://sites.google.com/uabc.edu.mx/cev. In addition to the core content on nutrition, the site provides educational brochures for health promotion and disease prevention, designed for integration into comprehensive medical care. This material enhances flexible learning, supports the integration of theory into clinical practice, and facilitates evidence-based decision-making in real-time healthcare settings.
