    The purpose of the didactic material is to understand the impact of workplace harassment and bullying dynamics on the organizational climate within the tourism sector. Additionally, its use within the learning unit Fundamentals of Research Methodology (Bachelor’s in Tourism Management) aims to exemplify the visual turn in conducting critical tourism research and to validate the theoretical platforms employed in the scientification of tourism studies—specifically, Jafari’s (2005) Platforms of Tourism Scientification—thus facilitating the teaching-learning process. The goal-oriented activity is designed to foster a review of the theoretical approaches underpinning each platform, to integrate the principles of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion within these frameworks, and to promote critical thinking. As a formative assessment, a discussion forum is provided in which students are asked to connect the theoretical platforms of tourism studies (Jafari, 2005) with praxis, using the fictional experience portrayed in the short film (traducción adaptada a partir IA).
